North Yankton is a mythical location and a U.S State that appears in Grand Theft Auto V. It was possible to access North Yankton after the Prologue mission through exploitation of a glitch, but this glitch has since been patched following the release of the 1.08 Update.

Beating "Minor Turbulence" Mission in GTA 5
Once you take control of the plane, steer towards the airfield and fly on back. After several seconds, a pair of fighter jets fly in for some fun. Continue to maneuver the plane towards the airfield and the fighter jets will eventually shoot missiles and destroy the plane.
Michael’s Whereabouts in GTA V
Michael was never in witness protection. He made a deal with a corrupt agent and kept all his bank robbing money, he later loses most of it by day trading.
Finding Michael in "Fresh Meat" Mission
The location is two blocks EAST of the Ammu-Nation in Cypress Flats, so drive south past the Dollar Pills store and turn left at the railroad tracks and then drive east all the way past the Ammu-Nation.
