Definition of legal studies:
Jurisprudence is the science that studies law and its interpretation, deriving from Latin iurisprudentia.
Becoming a lawyer in the US:
Seven years required, including four years of a bachelor’s degree and three years of law school.
Functioning of American jurisprudence:
Obtain a law degree, such as Juris Doctor (JD), and pass the bar exam with high scores.
Becoming a lawyer in Italy:
Around four to five years for degree completion, followed by an additional year and a half for internship before the entrance exam to the Bar Association.
