Apostille certificates do not have an expiry date. In most circumstances, an apostille should be accepted at any time after issue.
Notarization Process
The notarization process is typically simple. You present a document to a notary public and sign it in their presence. The notary officially notarizes the document using an official stamp, writes in the date, and adds their own signature.
Legal Validity of Notarized Documents
It is not mandatory to notarize all legal documents but in some cases, notarization is mandatory. Failure to notarize documents that require it may lead to rejection in court.
How do I claim DFA apostille?
Present your valid government-issued ID (original and photocopy) together with the documents to the processor for assessment. Pay corresponding fees to the Cashier. Bring your original valid government-issued ID and the official receipt to claim the document on the scheduled date and time of release.
