Who are the Maximoff Twins?
Wanda’s twin boys Billy and Tommy are an important part of the comic book universe and characters that fans were excited to see in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, along with what it means for the future (a la Young Avengers).
The Maximoff Family
Wanda Maximoff, also known as the Scarlet Witch, is a native of Sokovia who grew up with her fraternal twin brother, Pietro. During the 1960s, she and Quicksilver are said to be the mutant twin offspring of two human Romani parents, Django and Marya Maximoff.

The Westview Anomaly, also known as the Maximoff Anomaly, was a phenomenon that occurred when a grieving Wanda Maximoff unleashed a surge of chaos magic that dispersed a massive energy field surrounding the town of Westview, New Jersey.
Wanda’s Dark Magic
We see Wanda (Elizabeth Olsen) sitting alone on the cabin steps, drinking tea. But the camera shows us that the true Wanda — now under the moniker of the Scarlet Witch — is practicing dark magic, and that the version of her sitting outside is merely a projection.
Wanda’s Transformation
Just some face primer and a lot of foundation to tone in the skin and hide the blemishes. They made her look more mature. There is no bronzing, or contour to speak of. Her face is no longer made of dark lines and hard edges.
Ultron’s Connection with Wanda
The affection Ultron has for Wanda is not only showed in the scene of his “death,” but in many other parts. Remember Wanda’s power and Ultron came from the Mind Stone. They do share a connection.
