How to add a Physical Store on Satispay
Access business.satispay.com to enter your control panel. Select "Physical Stores" from the left menu. Click on "Add a physical store" and follow the instructions.
Viewing Cashback on Satispay
You will receive a notification with an incoming transaction of the refund amount, which you can see in the "Profile" section of the app after a cashback payment has been completed. Your balance will be automatically updated.
Using Satispay QR Code Payment
Your customers should:
- Update the Satispay app to the latest available version.
- Approach the cash register.
- After opening the application, press the QR Code button.
- Scan the QR Code, enter the amount, and complete the payment!
Using Satispay
To make an instant top-up, access your Satispay profile, select the Availability box, and choose the "Instant top-up" option. Simply enter the top-up amount, noting that the service costs 1 euro.

Satispay Costs
The service for opening an account and instant payment with Satispay costs 1 euro and is entirely free. The only fees apply to healthcare tickets, pagoPA, bulletins, and stamps for cars and motorcycles.
