The match is divided into sets in tennis.
- Men’s tennis requires three sets to win.
- Women’s tennis requires two sets to win.
- To win a set, a player must win six games, with a margin of two games over the opponent.
Olympic Tennis Format
- All singles matches are best of three sets with standard tiebreaks in each set.
