What are the different job levels in Infosys?

Infosys has 3 career steam and accordingly job levels. Job level or as called personal level starts from 2 and end up at 8.

The 3 streams are delivery, consulting and technology.

The consulting stream starts from 3.

The technology stream starts from 6.

Delivery stream job level are as follows

2B Operations executive

2A Senior operations executive

3B Ssystems Engineer

3A senior systems Engineer

4 technology analyst

5 technology lead

6B project manager

6A senior project manager, group project manager

7 delivery manager

8 AVP, VP, SVP, evp

AVP is also senior delivery manager and rest senior position are delivery lead, delivery partner, unit head and so on distributed among VP, SVP and EVP according to experience and capability.

Consulting job levels are as below

3 associate business analyst

4B associate consultant or business analyst

4A senior associate consultant or business analyst

5b consultant or senior business analyst

5a senior consultant or senior business analyst

6b lead consultant

6a principal consultant

7 industry principal

8 senior industry principal

Technology stream job level is as below

6b technology architect

6a senior technology architect

7 principal technology architect

8 senior principal technology architect

Apart from these pre-sales and other business enabling streams have their own designations but job levels are confined within 2–8.
