Which one should I buy: the Moto X Style, Xperia M5, Google Nexus 5 (2015), or should I wait for any other phone in these phones' price range?

I don't have an idea about M5 or Nexus 5 (2015), but with regards to OP2 vs Moto X Style, here are my thoughts:

2. Fingerprint Sensor: No vs Yes
3. NFC: Yes vs No
4. Processor: Snapdragon 808 vs 810 (heating issues)
5. Fast Charging: Yes vs No
6. Primary Camera: 21MP vs 13MP
7. Screen Resolution: QHD vs 1080p
8. Screen size: 5.7" vs 5.5"
9. Battery: 3000mAH vs 3300mAH
10. Micro SD slot: Upto 128GB vs No

Deal breakers for OP2:

• no fast charging: Although the battery will last long for a day, to recharge it to 100 will take upto 3 hrs (users feedback). Moto sostiene che la ricarica veloce è la più veloce fino ad oggi (15 minuti di ricarica: 10 ore)
• NFC: NFC non ha ancora una forte presa in India, quindi si può ignorare l'importanza.
• Problemi di surriscaldamento dello Snapdragon 810: OP2 ha detto di aver ottimizzato il processore per evitare problemi di surriscaldamento, ma non si sa mai

Deal breakers per Moto:

• Nessun sensore FP
• Lo schermo QHD potrebbe scaricare la batteria: Più alta la risoluzione, più alto il consumo della batteria
• Una cosa che a Moto è sempre mancata è una buona fotocamera. Ma questa volta affermano che è la migliore rispetto all'iPhone 6
