Controlla se hai già creato un account o scopri perché vedi il messaggio "Email già esistente".

Verifica se hai un account

Per verificare se hai un account Google, segui i passi per inserire il tuo indirizzo email.

• Se non esiste un account Google associato al tuo indirizzo email, riceverai un messaggio che dice "Nessun account trovato con questo indirizzo email". Puoi creare un nuovo account.
• Se hai un account Google, puoi cambiare la tua password. Seleziona "Altre opzioni" e segui le istruzioni.

Appare il messaggio "Email già esistente"

Se vedi il messaggio "Email già esistente" quando cerchi di creare o cambiare il nome utente del tuo account:

• Potresti aver già creato un account Google con quel nome utente
• Qualcun altro potrebbe aver già preso il nome utente.

After you get back into your account, you can do the following:

Reset your password

1. Follow the steps to reset your password.
2. Enter your username (your full email address) and follow the steps to complete the process.

Change the email address you use to sign in

1. Open the Google Accounts homepage.
2. Sign in as usual.
3. Click Personal info and privacy Email Google Account email Edit.
4. Enter your new email address and password.
5. Click Save.

You'll get a verification email at your new email address. Click the verification link in this email. For security purposes, you'll also get a confirmation email at your old email address.

Change your alternate email address

If you're using Gmail, it's not currently possible to change your username. However, you can change the other email address associated with your account:

1. Sign in on the Google Accounts homepage.

2. Click Personal info and privacy

3. Click Save.

Delete your Google Account

1. Go to My Account. You might need to sign in.

2. Click Account preferences

Delete your account or services.

3. Follow the steps to delete your account.
