How to take a snapshot of a video

TO TAKE A SCREENSHOT.......

Screenshots are useless -No One Ever

See absolute bottom for those who are WAAAAAAY too lazy

Iphone: press the home button and power button simultaneously

Mac OS X :

for a full-screenshot, press Cmd+shift+3

for a zoned screenshot, press Cmd + shift + 4 and drag the box around the area you wish to screenshot

all screenshots will be saved on the desktop with date and time stamp

Windows:

OPTION 1 : The long, yet satisfying way

1) press the PrtScn button on your keyboard. (often in the same row as the F keys) *

2) open a new paint in Microsoft Paint and use Ctrl+V to paste your screenshot into the file

3) crop to your liking

4) save the file

OPTION 2 : The Speedy Way

1) press the PrtScn button while holding the key with the windows logo

2)screenshot will be located in your screenshots folder in the pictures file directory

OPTION 3 : The "I want This window only" way

1) press the PrtScn button while holding the Alt key

2) open a new paint in Microsoft Paint and use Ctrl+V to paste your screenshot into the file

3) crop to your liking

4) save the file

Linux

1) Like a Windows Computer

* On some keyboards, the PrtScn button may not be there or be abbreviated. Check your computer manual for exact instructions
