Is it worth buying iPad mini 2?

Apple iPad mini 2 released in 2013 with ios 7 (like iphone 5s) , see below specefications and still these specs are fine for smooth running of tab and fine bowsing and no lag video ,

If u are not a power user this will be fine in 2016 too.
