How to Purchase Gift Cards

You can purchase our standard Gift Cards in-store and online! Reloading Gift Cards can be done in-store only.

Please note: Purchasing Gift Cards does not apply toward promotional offers.

Shipping & Delivery

• Ships free
• Sent via USPS
• Cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
• Other shipping options are not available
• Gift Cards sent via Premium Shipping are shipped with tracking information via UPS Next Day

Redeeming a Gift Card

Macy's Gift Cards can be redeemed at any Macy's store, online or by phone.

In-store

• Present your Gift Card to the Sales Associate during checkout.

Online

• Clicca su "aggiungi carta regalo" quando inserisci il metodo di pagamento alla cassa.
• Inserisci il numero della Gift Card di 15 cifre come appare sul retro della tua carta nel campo "Gift Card Number" e inserisci il numero di sicurezza di 3 o 4 cifre senza spazi nel campo "CID Number" (potrebbe essere necessario rimuovere la linguetta sul retro della carta per rivelare il numero di sicurezza).
• La tua email di conferma dell'ordine mostrerà le carte regalo riscattate come un EGC nella sezione dei metodi di pagamento.
