Why can I move some photos between albums on Facebook but not others?

Via FB:

Reconnect the Wireless Network

1. Open Settings.
2. Go to Network & Internet.
3. Go to Wi-Fi section.
4. click Manage Wi-Fi settings.
5. Scroll down to the Manage known networks,
6. select your Wireless network.
7. click Forget.
8. After you've done that, connect to the same wireless network again..

Move Photo From Your Timeline to an Album

If you have posted a photo or video to your timeline that you would like to move to another album:

1. Open Facebook on a computer.
2. Click your name in the top left to go to your profile.
3. Find the photo you'd like to move by scrolling through your timeline or using the Activity Log.
4. Click to open the photo.
5. Click Options in the bottom right.
6. Select Move To Other Album and move the photo or video to an album you choose from the dropdown menu.
7. Click Move Photo.

Note: You can't move photos that are in your Cover Photo or Profile Picture albums...
