What is a Flight Attendant/Inflight Manager?

Just to show you the difference between a Cabin Crew and a Purser::::::::::::

The duties of a Cabin Crew are these:

Attend preflight briefings

Ensure refreshments/meals and emergency/safety equipment are on board

Demonstrate the use of emergency equipment

Serve, and sometimes sell, beverages, meals, or snacks

Take care of passengers’ needs

Assist passengers with special needs

The duties of a Purser (Cabin Manager/Inflight Manager)

Ensure that their team delivers excellent customer service onboard

Responsible for daily leadership and crew management

Lead, guide and motivate their crew

Follow the airline standards on safety, security & service

​Handle various paperwork

​Manage crew performance onboard and provide developmental feedback

These were just some of the duties a cabin crew and a purser have. Ci sono tonnellate di altri doveri non visti/visti dell'equipaggio di cabina e del commissario di bordo che non sono previsti nei loro contratti, eppure lo fanno perché fa parte del loro lavoro.
