Quali caratteristiche dovrebbero avere le app Messenger?

Le app di messaggistica sono app o piattaforme che permettono la messaggistica istantanea. Alcuni esempi sono WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, WeChat e QQ Messenger, Telegram, Viber, Line e Snapchat.
