What will be the in hand salary/ctc in DMRC of a person joining as Junier Engineer Trainee (mech.) after 5 years. What will be his/her post?

As newly recruited candidates as , DMRC employee with pay grade 4200 (i.e 9300–34800) in IDA scale getting following benefits :

(Gross salary = 43,000 [approx])

{after training = additional 4,000/- of night and GH/NH allowance (whatever applicable)}

1. Basic salary = 13500/-
2. DA = 120% (approx) = 16200/-
3. persk = 45% = 6075/-
4. HRA = 30% = 4050/-
5. lease = 22.5% = 3037/-
6. NH/GH allowance = 1.2 times of (basic+DA ) of one day salary.
7. night duty allowance = 200/- (per night)

1. full salary during training time.
2. hostel facility for all trainees
3. SV-4 card (metro travel card) with max limit of 1600/- per month.
4. canteen subsidy = 60/- per diet.
5. 3% increment per year in basic.
6. increment in DA in per year = 12% (approx)
