Will be going to vs going to?
Will is often used in a similar way to be going to. Will is used when we are talking about something with absolute certainty. Be going to is used when we want to emphasise our decision or the evidence in the present: [An 'A' road is a main road.
Is going to present tense?
Going to is not a tense. It is a special structure that we use to talk about the future. When we use will or be going to? Going to is used with predictions. When you are making a decision use will; use going to after the decision has been made. We sometimes also use the present continuous for planned events in the near future. When we want to talk about future facts or things we believe to be true about the future, we use will.
Where are you going to grammar?
Both of the phrases are correct although the first is usually used when you know someone is going to a place and the second when you don't know if they are going to an actual place.
