I Can’t give you one direct answer to this question, however on YouTube, there are few Kdrama scenes that are very popular.

These are the dramas that popped up when i searched “Korean Dramas” on YouTube:

When i typed in “Korean Drama scenes” this is what i got:

Theres plenty more, forse perché il mio YouTube sa quali drammi K e altri drammi asiatici guardo, quindi quando ho letteralmente digitato "drammi coreani" ho ottenuto così tanti drammi cinesi che ho avuto per quelli coreani.

Se digitate nel vostro Youtube: "korean dramas ...." con qualsiasi cosa in mezzo per es. scene k-drama, k-drama best/funny scene, k-drama 2015/2014-2016... ecc.

quindi per rispondere alla tua domanda in una semplice risposta, i drama che vedo in YouTube come i più popolari, sono probabilmente quelli vecchi, le scene di un drama coreano con più visualizzazioni :

1. Discendente del sole
2. Il mio amore da un'altra stella
3. Boys over flowers
4. W- Due mondi
5. Goblin

Questo è solo basato su quello che ho visto...
